Service Description

- Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB) processes with both the bank and notary to ensure compliance. - Set up a corporate account with LU IBAN at our partnered bank. - Prepare or review all foundational documents, including the articles of association, to ensure legal compliance and accuracy. - Facilitate electronic signatures for all necessary documents to expedite the onboarding process. - Coordinate and attend the meeting with the notary to finalize document authentication and legal requirements. - Manage registrations with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) and the Register of Beneficial Owners (RBE) as required. *Timely completion of these steps is guaranteed only if our partnered bank is chosen and KYC documents are provided promptly.
